Due to this, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for buyer's remorse or size exchanges. However, we are committed to ensuring that you are satisfied with your purchase and will offer a replacement or refund in the event of any of the following:

  • Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, we will provide a replacement or refund after reviewing the issue.
  • Incorrect Product: If you receive the wrong item, we will issue a replacement or refund.

To process a return or refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at info@terabritegames.com within 30 days of receiving your order, including a detailed description of the issue and clear photos of the product.
  2. Response Time: Please note that we aim to respond as quickly as possible, but it may take up to 5-7 business days to hear back from us. We appreciate your patience.
  3. Review and Resolution: Once we receive your email and review the issue, we will provide further instructions on whether a replacement or refund is applicable.

Non-Returnable Items As each item is custom-made, we do not offer returns for:

  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Incorrect sizing (please refer to our size chart before purchasing)

Additional Information

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Replacements will be shipped at no additional cost to you if the product is determined to be defective or incorrect.
